Bapeda Province of East Kalimantan as a secretariat of one data in East Kalimantan held a kick of meeting one data in East Kalimantan in an sturdy manner at Swisbell Hotel Balikpapan and online through the Zoom Meeting application.
This activity was opened directly by the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM and presented Drs. Oktorialdi, MA, PhD as the Expert Staff of the Minister for equity & region as Keynote Speech .
This meeting was attended by approximately 80 participants both directly and virtual consisting of all stakeholders consisting of elements of the leadership of the Agency/Vertical Institution of East Kalimantan Province, SKPD in the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, Bappeda and BPS Regency/City, academics and the Governor Team for escorting development acceleration.
In his direction Aswin said the role of one of Indonesia's data in East Kalimantan is very important in supporting the implementation of development priorities and urgent activities, namely socioeconomic recovery efforts in East Kalimantan due to the impact of Pandemi Covid-19. For this reason, synergy and collaboration between regional apparatuses, between the center and the region, and between the government and the wider community in the implementation of Indonesia's data becomes an important capital in realizing development goals in the East Kalimantan Etam Continent.
With the existence of one Indonesian data policy, it is expected that the problems that are often experienced by the region are overlapping data, different understanding of data, data that cannot be divided, and other problems regarding development data in East Kalimantan can be resolved.
One data of East Kalimantan is also expected to realize the integration of planning, implementing, evaluating and controlling development. "It is hoped that the results of the implementation of this Indonesian data can be implemented in the preparation of various planning documents in the regions, such as RPJPD, RTRWP, RPJMD, RKPD, Renstra, and Renja Regional Apparatus," said Aswin.
Head of P2EP Division Rina Juliati explained that the implementation of one East Kalimantan data consisted of data planning, data collection, data checking and storage and dissemination of data.
