Public Consultation Initial Draft P-RPJMD East Kalimantan 2019-2023 and initial draft RKPD East Kalimantan 2022
according to the mandate of the Minister of Home Affairs 86 of 2017 concerning Stages and Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, then the preparation of the initial draft changes to the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2019-2023 and the initial draft of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022 must be discussed together with all stakeholders in the Public Consultation Forum to obtain input and suggestions for improvement.
Forum which was carried out virtually through the Zoom Meeting application today, Thursday 18/02/2021, attended by the Governor and Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan Province along with elements of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, East Kalimantan Province Regional Apparatus, Vertical Agencies, Ad Hoc Institutions, Academics, Banking, BUMD, Professional Association, Development Partners, Business Organizations, Community Organizations, and Community Leaders. < /Span>
in his remarks and direction, the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr. Ir. H. Isran Noor, M.Sc., conveyed 3 important points, namely related to the importance of the development planning process, policy synergy, and strengthening of funding are three important points for regencies and cities to accelerate the development of East Kalimantan in Pandemi Covid-19 at this time. < /Span>
Starting the forum, Head of P3D Bappeda Kaltim, Charmarijaty, ST., M.Sc., as Chair of the Organizing Committee Delivering the East Kalimantan RPJMD change process was carried out simultaneously with the 2022 RKPD which began with an evaluation of 2 years of the RPJMD implementation in mid -November 2020 to mid -January 2021.
"Broadly speaking, the substance of changes in the 2019-2023 RPJMD includes changes in strategy and policy direction of the RPJMD which is adjusted to National Development Policy as stipulated in Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning RPJMN 2020-2024 related to the priority of the transfer of the State Capital to East Kalimantan and the National Major Project in East Kalimantan, "said the Head of P3D.
Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir.H. M. Aswin, M.M., in his presentation explained about the background of the changes in the 2019-2023 RPJMD and Ranwal RKPD in 2022.
"important things that underlie the change in the 2019-2023 East Kalimantan RPJMD is related to several main performance indicators of the area that needs to be done Adjustments to the consideration of the impact of the Covid-19 that affect the performance of the regional economy and finance, so that the final target of the RPJMD performance needs to be adjusted, "said Dr. Ir.H. M. Aswin in his presentation.
