Coordination and Consultation of Functional Planning Position Formation in East Kalimantan to Pusbindiklat Bappenas
Menteng, Central Jakarta (11/10/2023), Secretary of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Mr. Saur Parsaoran T. S.Pi, Memd accompanied by the Head of General Subdivision, Mr. Achmad Risa, S.E, M.M departed to the Ministry of National Development Planning and Training Center (Pusbindiklat Bappenas) to discuss the coordination and consultation of the Functional Planning Position formation in East Kalimantan Province.
The coordination meeting was welcomed by Mr. Muhammad Iksan Maulana, SH, LLM, as a functional position of young expert planning Pusbindiklat Bappenas.
Pusbindiklat Bappenas welcomed the East Kalimantan Bappeda in coordinating and consulting to ensure the sustainability of the process of calculating the Functional Planning Position Formation.
In the discussion that took place, this meeting broadly discussed the calculation of the formation of the functional position of the planner in East Kalimantan Province.
In the meeting, Mr. Iksan Maulana, SH, LLM, emphasized,
"In the concept of talent management, later regional apparatuses or agencies are expected to provide recommendations for functional positions as needed each region ".
The results of this meeting show an agreement to continue the calculation of position formation based on the planned documents that have been prepared. This step is expected to strengthen the organizational structure in the field of development planning in East Kalimantan Province.
With this collaboration, it is hoped that Pusbindiklatren as the Builder Agency will collaborate with the East Kalimantan Bappeda to manage the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP) as an effort East and the effectiveness of the implementation of development programs can be more optimal.
