This activity was opened by the secretary of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Mrs. Charmarijaty, ST. M.Si and attended by 89 participants consisting of related regional apparatus and all areas of planning for Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province

The Head of the PPEPD Division, Mrs. Rina Juliaty, explained that the proposed aspirations that have been input will be validated by the Setwan by ensuring that the proposal is the result of the DPRD recess and ensuring the completeness of the proposal, then the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda verifies it. by paying attention to conformity with development priorities, conformity with the proposal dictionary, checking the type of proposal, and determining the Regional Apparatus that will carry out verification at the next stage.

After that the Regional Apparatus carries out verification according to the sub-activity nomenclature, checks the completeness of the proposal based on regulations, and determines the estimated value, if necessary the Regional Apparatus carries out field clarification.

The next stage is verified by TAPD planning, then synchronized into sub-activities of Regional Apparatus.

The aspiration proposal menu is divided into two types, namely DPRD leadership aspirations and direct aspirations from the community.
