Coordination of interior rehab work plans and rehabilitation of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Office Electricity Network
Samarinda (06/24/2024), East Kalimantan Bappeda held a coordination meeting with service providers to discuss work plans and follow up on agreement (contract) related to office interior rehabilitation packages and rehabilitation of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan.
The meeting was led by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, and accompanied by the Head of the General Subdivision, Achmad Risa, and the Procurement Staff of Goods and Services.
In the first session, the meeting was attended by the contractor of PT. Bangun Maju Bersuat and Consultant Supervisor of PT. Super Technical Pratama, who was involved in office interior rehabilitation. Whereas in the second session, the contractor implementing PT. Pesona Prima Gemilang and Consultant Supervisor CV. Khalid Prima Sakti, who was involved in the electric network rehabilitation.
Discussions that dominate the meeting include various important aspects such as the Construction Work Quality Plan (RPMK), the Implementation of Construction Safety Plans (RKK), Work Organizations, Procedures for Regulating Work, Work Schedule, Schedule of Material Procurement, Equipment Mobilization, and Labor.
The main purpose of this meeting is to ensure that all parties are involved in complying with the schedule and standards set in the contract, for the smooth running and success of the implementation of the interior rehabilitation project and the East Kalimantan Bappeda Office.
This coordination meeting shows the commitment of the East Kalimantan Bappeda in ensuring that the infrastructure rehabilitation project is running according to the plan and meets the established quality standards.
