The head of the group, H. Rindwan, SE, said that the purpose of this visit was to explore the regional regulations of East Kalimantan Province regarding corporate social responsibility.

Regarding the East Kalimantan Provincial Government's policy in implementing CSR, Mrs. Charmarijaty or familiarly called Nona explained that there is Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2013 concerning CSR which contains programs related to Environmental and Social Development, improving MSMEs, Direct Assistance to the Community program, and program for building public social and religious facilities. However, what is often implemented by companies is direct assistance to the community where the program does not synergize with Regional Priorities.

Ms. Nona also explained that in the Regional Regulation on CSR, the minimum financing from the company's net profit is 3%, "so for implementing CSR, the regional regulation requires three percent of the net profit," she explained
