VISIT VERIFICATION VERIFICATION OF THE PAGE III PPD ASSESSMENT TEAM 2023
Balikpapan, (29/03/2023). Regional Development Award (PPD) 2023 is a series of evaluations through three stages, namely document assessment, presentation and interview, and verification. In the assessment of phase I and II for the provincial level, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government has successfully advanced to phase III, namely verification.

In the stage III assessment scheduled for Thursday - Friday, 30 - 31 March 2023, verification and assessment will be carried out through field visits by the Independent Assessment Team (TPI) and the Assessment Team Main (TPU) from the perspective of non-bappeda stakeholders on the preparation of RKPD 2023, the implementation and achievement of regional development goals, as well as innovation which includes 22 indicators with 3 aspects namely achievement, planning, and innovation.

As for the assessment team that will conduct verification and assessment, among others, Prof. Ir. Tommy Firman, M.Sc., Ph.D. (TPI), Mr. Drs. Sumedi Andono Mulyo, M.Sc., Ph.D. (TPU), and Mr. Ir. Ahmad Dading Gunadi, M.A. (TPU).

Plt. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Mr. Yusliando accompanied by the Head of Government and Human Development (Mr. Mispoyo), Head of Economy & SDA LH (Mr. Wahyu Gatut Purboyo), Head of Infrastructure and Seniority East Kalimantan accompanied the verification process of the Phase III Assessment Team Verification of the Provincial Level Regional Development Award (PPD) in 2023.

There are several objectives in the city of Balikpapan during the field visit, including as follows:
- Specific 1: Education = SMA Negeri 2 Balikpapan- Community of Important Student (Caring Stunting)
- Specific 2: downstream of Industry = Kariangau Industrial Estate (PT. Kutai Refinery Nusantara)
- Specific 3: FCPF-CF = FCPF-CF (Bamboo Tourism and Meranti Tourism Program at HLSM Kel. Karang Joang)
- Specific 4: Development of Livable Houses for CSR Funds
- Specific 5: Food = Teritipan Agricultural Area
Furthermore, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) will be coordinated by Bappeda by inviting stakeholders in the area scheduled to Friday, March 31, 2023 in Samarinda City. P>
