The event was opened by the Head of Spatial Planning of the Public Works, Settlement and Public Housing Office Prov. East Kalimantan Mr. Ahmad Muzakkir, ST, M.Sc, then continued with a presentation from the Consultant Team of the PUPR and PERA Prov. East Kalimantan so that several points are obtained, among others:
- In the Copyright of the Work Cipta Spatial Plan, the Provincial Strategic Area is no longer regulated in the Provincial Regional Regulation, so that it is encouraged for detailed planning to the KSP through the District/City Spatial Detailed Plan.
- Kariangau Buluminung Manufacturing Industrial Estate is one of the provincial strategic areas from the point of view of the economic interest stipulated in the 2016-2036 East Kalimantan RTRWP Regional Regulation. The buluminung industry has not been prepared the detailed plan.
- The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan through the PUPR and Pera Office seeks to provide guidance by carrying out technical assistance in the preparation of regency/city RDTR, which is located in the Buluminung Industrial Estate, Penajam Paser Utara Regency.
- Deliniation of the Planning Section of the RDTR Buluminung Industrial Estate Planning which will be carried out by the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to the PPU Regency Government is outside the RDTR OSS Deliniation of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Buluminung Corridor - Lango Beach
and other things needed.
