Rimba Nusa State Reinforces Emerald Equator Building Examining Urgency of Development of President Jokowi's New Capital City
The Mulawarman University Pancasila and State Studies Agency (BKPN) held a seminar related to the nation's capital entitled "Nungan Rimba Nusa: Strengthening the Emerald Equator Building to Examine the Urgency of Development of President Jokowi's New Capital, Monday (06/06/2022).

Elements of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government are represented by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir. H.M. Aswin, MM was present as a resource person at the seminar.

"I really appreciate the Pancasila and State Studies Agency (BKPN) of Mulawarman University for holding this seminar, so that we can study together the urgency of building a new capital city in East Kalimantan Province," This was conveyed by the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda in front of all seminar participants.

It was further stated that the urgency of moving and developing IKN must encourage economic growth and equality for all regions of Indonesia, including in the Eastern Region of Indonesia.

The seminar was opened by Mrs. Afra Tustini Erawati, S.Pd., M.Sc. as Head of the Mulawarman University Academic and Student Affairs Bureau and attended by Academics, BEM from Mulawarman University and Samarinda City, and the students also presented resource persons from elements of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD, Samarinda City Government, Bontang City Government and Balikpapan DPRD.
