Green Development Mainstreaming Training
Samarinda, (08/03/2021). As a follow-up to the Coordination and Provisioning activities for the preparation and preparation of the RPJMD at the Provincial and Regency/City Levels in East Kalimantan, the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province together with The Nusantara Nature Conservation Foundation (YKAN) and the Regional Council for Climate Change (DDPI) conducted virtual Green Development Mainstreaming training.
This activity was attended by Bappeda and the District and City Environmental Services throughout East Kalimantan. And opened by the Head of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM and presented four resource persons, namely Ir. Edison Siagian, ME from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ence Ahmad Rafiddin R, ST, M.Si Head of the East Kalimantan Province Environmental Service, Dr. Maria R, SE, MA environmental expert, and Sony Yuwono, SE, M.Si regional development planning expert.
In general, the aim of holding this training is to master the basic practices of mainstreaming Strategic Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development Goals into planning documents.
It is hoped that this training will improve the capacity of Regency/City Bappeda in preparing regional planning documents (RPJMD) including aspects of synchronizing development policies of Regency/City with the province within the framework of sustainable development policy synergy. In the future, this series of activities will be carried out (Coaching clinic).
