Opening of MUSRENBANGNAS 2022
The Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda along with all planning officials and related technical staff attended the 2022 Regional Development Planning Conference (MUSRENBANGNAS) online, Thursday (28/04/2022) .
-
The basis for implementing the Musrenbangnas organized by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas is the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the Regional Development Planning System (SPPN).
-
During the event, the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Mr. Suharso Monoarfa, conveyed the aims and objectives of implementing Musrenbangnas.
-
"The implementation of Musrenbangnas is currently very important as an effort to produce a 2023 Government Work Plan (RKP) that is responsive, adaptive, and able to respond to the challenges we are facing to accelerate economic recovery due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic," said the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas in front of all Musrenbangnas participants who were present in person and online.
-
Furthermore, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, was pleased to open and give directions at the Musrenbangnas event which carried the theme of Increasing Productivity for Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation.
-
“We must have good planning to face the challenges of an uncertain situation which is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the global crisis for energy and food which occurred due to the impact of the conflict that occurred between Russia and Ukraine", Mr. President gave directions.
-
Continuing his direction, he encouraged all elements of the nation to collaborate and synergize to increase the Domestic Component Level (TKDN), which means Capital Expenditure on Goods/Services for the Government (both Central and Regional) must be directed at purchasing domestic products.
-
“I remind you again, the potential for capital expenditure on goods/services is very large, namely at the center there is 526 trillion and in the regions there is 535 trillion, a total of 1,062 trillion. This number is added to the amount in BUMN of 420 trillion. This is a huge number. "Don't let this huge potential only be spent on imported goods so that domestic products are underdeveloped," stressed the President's direction.
