Inspection of Wave Breaking Buildings in the Biduk Biduk Beach Area
The third day (Sunday, 19 December 2021) in the series of activities of the Governor of East Kalimantan's working visit to the northern region scheduled a visit to the location of the wave breakers in the Biduk Biduk area.
Based on the identification carried out, in the Biduk Biduk beach area there are around 900 meters of shoreline whose condition requires treatment due to abrasion. In 2021, a wave breaker building with a total length of 200 meters will be built and the remaining 700 meters will still be handled in the future to comply with the overall treatment target.
The Governor of East Kalimantan visited the construction site directly and assessed the importance of the breakwater structure being built, and hopes that it will continue according to treatment needs so that the coastal area in Biduk Biduk can be protected from abrasion conditions.
The secretary and division of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province participated in the inspection of the breakwater building.
