Submission of Information on the Progress of Preparing the RZWP3K and RTRWP Integration
Monday, December 20 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Infrastructure and Regional Sector, Attended the Submission of Information on the Progress of Preparing the Integration of RZWP3K with RTRWP
Regional governments are expected to convey the progress of integrating the Regional Regulation on RTRWP with RZWP3K, considering that the target for establishing the Regional Regulation on Integration of RTRWP with RZWP3K is in August 2022.
The progress of integrating the Regional Regulation on RTRWP with RZWP3K of East Kalimantan Province is as follows:
- On November 4 2021 a clinic was held at the Ministry of ATR/BPN which was also attended by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries by the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan;
- Adjustments have been made to the substantive content between the RTRWP and RZWP3K Regional Regulations, namely to general provisions, policy & strategy directions, spatial pattern and structure plans, as well as directions for controlling space utilization. As for the direction of space utilization, it is still in the process of being adjusted, considering changes in the coastline;
- Of the 13 requirements for substantive approval of the Minister of ATR/BPN, there are 4 requirements that have not been met, namely (1) Technical Material and (2) Draft Ranperda which is still in the revision and refinement stage, (3) KLHS in the preparation stage, and (4) approval with the DPRD;
