Preparation of the initial draft renja in 2023 and changes to the Bappeda Strategic Plan
Thursday, 01/13/2022. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held the activities of the Internal Coordination Meeting for the preparation of the initial draft of Renja in 2023 and changes to the Bappeda Strategic Plan.
Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda on this occasion chaired the meeting of the preparation of the initial draft Renja in 2023 and amendments to the Bappeda Renstra which was attended by all representatives of the Planner and took place in the Propeda Meeting Room.
Mrs. Secretary said that it is necessary to immediately complete the Renstra and Renja and LKJIP documents considering that the agenda schedule in the third week of this month has begun to be dense.
In this meeting a discussion was carried out related to the performance indicators and indicative ceilings of each field that had been compiled into the working paper of the improvement of the Strategic Plan for further elaborated into Renja.
regarding performance indicators, it is agreed to be adjusted to changes in input from the PPED field, by emphasizing changes in target indicators based on cascading. Then regarding indicative ceiling, the basis of the formulation that is used using the RPJMD Amendment.
