Preparation for the 2023 Ranwal RKPD Public Consultation Forum
Ahead of the implementation of the 2023 East Kalimantan RKPD Public Consultation agenda which will be held on Wednesday 26 January, the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda is holding a technical preparation meeting in the Propeda meeting room.
This meeting was chaired directly by the Head of Bappeda Prof. Dr. Ir. HM Aswin MM who was accompanied by Bappeda Secretary Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si and attended by all Heads of Divisions, Heads of Subdivisions and staff.
This activity aims to prepare technical and non-technical matters for the implementation of the public consultation that will be carried out so that it can run optimally.
It is planned that the Public Consultation will be held at the Novotel Balikpapan Hotel using a hybrid meeting method, namely face-to-face ± 150 capacity and virtual ± 500 participants.
It is planned that the participants present will consist of Regional Secretaries, Expert Staff, Assistants, Ministry of Home Affairs, Bappenas, Vertical Agencies, Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province, Regency/City Bappeda, NGOs, NGOs, Development Partners, and Community Figures.
