Coordination Meeting of Bappeda Regency/City in East Kalimantan 2016

In addition to the proposal for the development planning of the district/city government in 2017, the implementation of the Regency/City Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan is forcing to equalize the perception of overcoming the identification of challenges and measures according to related programs and reinforces Provincial, Regency/City and Inter -Sector Synergy in the context of improving program implementation and received input regarding program improvement efforts in 2017.
While the purpose of organizing a coordination meeting is to synergize the priority programs and activities of the central, provincial and district/city governments in overcoming development problems and efforts to achieve development targets in the regional medium-term development plan ( RPJMD) East Kalimantan Province 2013 - 2018.
While the suggestions to be achieved in the implementation of Regency/City Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan are for the realization of an agreement between the Provincial Government and the Regency/City Government. In the framework of implementing priority programs for the development of East Kalimantan Province.
Development Planning Process
Planning is a process that is the right future action. In this case planning is the most important stage in the administration of government.
according to the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System; Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2008 concerning Stages, Procedures for Preparation, Control and Evaluation of the Implementation of Regional Development Plans; Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 54 of 2010 concerning Implementation of Government Regulation Number 8 of 2008, that the Provincial and Regency/City Governments in this case the Provincial and Regency/City Bappeda are obliged to carry out planning as well as controlling and evaluating planning of planning in their region.
In an effort to generate quality planning to support the achievement of development targets, both through central, provincial and district/city government programs/activities, Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan needs to build coordination and synchronization because the planning of a region /region is a unit with other regional /regional planning.
In order to improve coordination and synchronization, it is deemed necessary to carry out a coordination meeting (Coordination Meeting) Bappeda in East Kalimantan.

c. The 2017 Government Work Draft in the Strengthening of the downstream industry to realize a quality economic structure in East Kalimantan Province. (Deputy for Regional Development & Regional Autonomy Bappenas RI).
d. Policy direction and development priority of East Kalimantan Province in 2016 and in 2017 (Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province).
e. Macro Economic Conditions of East Kalimantan Province in 2016 and 2017 (Head of Bank Indonesia Office Representative of East Kalimantan).
f. Evaluation of East Kalimantan Readiness in the Strengthening of the downstream industry to realize a quality economic structure (Head of the Department of Industry and Trade UMKM of East Kalimantan Province). g. Discussion
Expected Output. OUPUT /Expected output through the implementation of Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan is to agree on:
a. Identification of strategic issues, problems and focus on handling.
b. Agree on the priority activities of the Regency/City which is in line with the priority and development targets of 2017 in the RPJMD Document of East Kalimantan Province in 2013 - 2018.
Mechanism of Organizing
The Bappeda Coordination Meeting includes the Plenary Session and Group Session, with the following activities:
First day: Opening
a. Report of the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee.
b. Greetings of the Regent of Paser.
c. The briefing of the Governor of East Kalimantan as well as opening the East Kalimantan Bappeda Coordination Meeting.
d. Talk Show "Funding Support in Strengthening downstream industries to realize a quality economic structure" by Dr. Ichsanuddin Noorsy, B.Sc. SH. M.Sc. Economically expert from Jakarta and Director General of Financial Balance, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia guided by TVRI East Kalimantan.
Second day: Plenary Session

c. Exposure to the Head of the Bank Indonesia Office Representative of East Kalimantan.
