East Kalimantan Priority Program Coordination Meeting 2017

Samarinda, Tuesday 22/3/2016. Plt. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir.H.Nazrin, M.Si opened the Provincial Priority Program Coordination Meeting 1c._pembukaan_rakor_prioritas_kaltim_th_2017_samarinda_22_maret_2016East Kalimantan 2016 in the context of preparing the 2017 RKPD with the theme "Consolidating Downstream Industry to Create a Quality Economic Structure" in the Strategic Plan meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Provincial Bappeda East Kalimantan, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.

H. Nazrin was accompanied by the Head of Economics, Ir. Ujang Rachmad, M.Si and Head of Regional Development Assessment and Financing, Ir.Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Si and attended by approximately two hundred participants from all SKPDs within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

Furthermore, H. Nazrin as Plt. The Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and also the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda said that the development planning process and legal basis for implementing the East Kalimantan Province Priority Program Coordination Meeting in order to prepare the 2017 RKPD for East Kalimantan is in accordance with the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 54 of 2010, the preparation of the Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) has been and will be carried out in discussion stages including: a). Bappeda Coordination Meeting throughout East Kalimantan on February 4 2016 in Paser and continued with; b). Public Consultation on 8 March 2016; c). Priority Coordination Meeting on March 22-23 2016; d). SKPD Forum on 28-29 March 2016; e). Provincial RKPD Musrenbang East Kalimantan 2016 March 4-5 2016.5._peserta_rakor

Meanwhile, the aim of implementing the 2017 East Kalimantan RKPD Priority Program Coordination Meeting is to align and agree on the RKPD Plan with the SKPD Plan as an elaboration of the 4th year of the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD.

Meanwhile, the mechanism for discussing the 2017 East Kalimantan Priority Program Coordination Meeting was presented by the Head of the Economic Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir. Ujang Rachmad, M.Si, among others:
1. Discussing the suitability of SKPD Ta's priority programs/activities. 2017 with the position of Year 4 RPJMD (Preliminary Draft RKPD 2017);
2. Discussing the suitability of performance indicators for priority programs/activities as well as performance targets for the Ta SKPD Plan. 2017 with Performance Indicators in the Preliminary Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2017;
3. Discussing the accuracy of the location of SKPD program/priority activities for 2017 with the Preliminary Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2017;
4. Discussing new programs/activities outside the Preliminary Draft Provincial RKPD. East Kalimantan 2017 (actual strategic problems and issues based on national and regional policies).

The fiscal capacity of East Kalimantan Province in 2017 is increasingly declining, so in preparing the SKPD RENJA for East Kalimantan, the Head of Economics, Ujang Rachmad asked all SKPDs within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to:< br />1. Applying the principle of "money follows priority" (financing for priority activities);
2. Focus on activities according to the 2017 RKPD theme;
3. Focus on activities to achieve the 19 Priority Targets of the Provincial RPJMD. East Kalimantan;
4. Avoid accessory activities that are not public service oriented;
5. Carrying out efficiency in operational spending;
6. It is prohibited to create new activities unless these activities are believed to accelerate the achievement of the 19 Provincial RPJMD Priority Targets. East Kalimantan and answering current problems and issues.

Even though the fiscal capacity of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government continues to decline, this does not mean we have to lower the target of the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD, we must remain optimistic and plan development that has a direct impact on the public interest and in accordance with the 19 development targets and 119 priority programs as mandated in the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD.
