Wednesday, 03/16/22. In the framework of synchronization and harmonization of development planning between the Center and the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Regency/City Technical Coordination Meeting to achieve national development targets.

This activity was opened by the Director General of Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Secondary Education Mr. Jumeri, ST. M.Si and attended by Regency/City Regional Apparatuses in Education, Provincial and Regency/City Bappeda.

Education in the national development framework is to build quality and sustainable education, one of which is realized by increasing the ease of access and quality of basic education services.

Mr. Jumeri explained that in order to meet the basic services of the education the government has given the widest possible autonomy to the region to accelerate the realization of people's welfare by taking into account the principles of democracy, equity, justice, specificity, privileges, and the potential and diversity of regions through the application of minimum service standards.

The minimum service standards indicators mentioned by Mr. Jumeri include access to citizens to participate in education; Increasing the average yield of literacy and numeration of students based on national assessment; Fulfillment of the number and quality of educators and education personnel.

In order to achieve the SPM Indicator of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Education and Cities Educational Affairs has been adapted to the national priority and is used as a reference for activities and regional development nomenclature

there are 9 performance indicators namely the number of children aged 5-6 years who participate in education, the number of children aged 7-15 years participating in basic education, the average ability of elementary literary based on national assessment, the average literacy competence and numeration of junior high school students based on national assessment, increase the proportion of the number of PAUD units that get accreditation b, the growth of the proportion of formal paud with the qualification of S1. or D4, Supervisory Ratio and Appraiser.
