RAKORTEKRENBANG Prov. East Kalimantan in 2022
In order to harmonize the programs and activities of the Provincial Government and district/city Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, the East Kalimantan Province Development Plan Technical Coordination Meeting was held at the SwissBell Hotel Balikpapan, Monday - Thursday, 14 - 17 March 2022.
This activity was officially opened by the Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan Mr. H. Hadi Mulyadi, S.Si, M.Si and was attended by elements of the Provincial and Regency/City Bappeda, as well as the Apparatus Province and Regency/City areas.
In his speech Mr. Hadi (Deputy Governor) said that we should all be aware of data because data is our reference in our work, especially in planning, the data we have is a measure of the success of our development.
He hopes that this coordination meeting will be a means to sharpen planning for East Kalimantan province in 2023 so that it can realize strengthening economic, social and environmental resilience towards community welfare.
Next, the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Mr. Prof. Aswin, in his report, said that the macro indicator targets for East Kalimantan have been aligned with the targets in the 2023 RKP. However, there are several indicator targets that need to be discussed further regarding the assumptions used.
It was also conveyed that on February 22 a National Coordination Meeting was held where the Provincial Government had aligned several macro indicators with the central government such as Economic growth rate, Poverty Level, Open Unemployment Rate, HDI, and Gini Index.
"There are several indicators that still need to be discussed further, such as Economic Growth Rate, Poverty Level and HDI, this is because Bappenas' targets for East Kalimantan are relatively more optimistic," he explained.
This Rakortekrenbang event was held for 4 days with the agenda of the first day being opening and the following day being a discussion desk on regional affairs and affairs. The Secretary and all Heads of Divisions/Heads of Sub-Divisions in the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province accompanied them until the completion of the activity.
The results of this Rakortekrenbang will be a reference for the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in discussions on the Provincial Musrenbang for the preparation of the 2023 East Kalimantan Provincial RKPD Draft as well as discussions on the Regency/City Musrenbang for the preparation of the Regency/City RKPD Draft .
