Meeting on Evaluation Results of the Implementation of Performance Accountability and Bureaucratic Reform of Provincial/Regency/City Government Agencies (SAKIP & RB AWARD) in 2021

Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Government and Human Development Sector attended the Coordination Meeting regarding the Evaluation Results of the Implementation of Performance Accountability and Bureaucratic Reform of Provincial/Regency/City Government Agencies in 2021 which was held in the Regional Secretary's Meeting Room Prov. East Kalimantan, Tuesday 05/04/2022.

The meeting was chaired directly by the Provincial Secretary. East Kalimantan, Dra. Sri Wahyuni, M.PP was attended by the leadership and representatives of related OPDs, such as the Provincial Bappeda, Organization Bureau and East Kalimantan Provincial Inspectorate.

The meeting began by attending virtually together the event "Submission of Evaluation Results of the Implementation of Performance Accountability and Bureaucratic Reform of Provincial/Regency/City Government Agencies in 2021" or in short called the "SAKIP - RB Award 2021” organized by the Ministry of PANRB.

"The submission of the "SAKIP - RB AWARD 2021" evaluation results was carried out as a form of appreciation and appreciation to government agencies that have been able to demonstrate various changes and innovations in their governance," said the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision of the Ministry of PAN-RB Erwan Agus Purwanto at the 2021 SAKIP - RB Award event.

It was also explained that every year the Ministry of PAN RB through the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision carries out an evaluation of SAKIP - RB which aims to ensure progress in the implementation of SAKIP - RB and provide suggestions for improvements for all Ministries/Institutions (K/L), Provincial/Regency/City Governments.

In 2021, a series of evaluations have been carried out in 79 K/Ls, 34 Provinces, 494 Districts/Cities for evaluation (SAKIP) and 442 Districts/Cities for evaluation (RB).

Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB, Mrs. Rini Widiantini accompanied by the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision of the Ministry of PANRB, Mr. Erwan Agus Purwanto symbolically handed over the 2021 SAKIP & RB Award to DKI Jakarta Province ( with Predicate A), followed by West Nusa Tenggara (with Predicate BB), and North Sulawesi (with Predicate B).

After witnessing the 2021 SAKIP & RB Award, the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province carried out coordination and several evaluations of SAKIP & RB for East Kalimantan Province together with other Relevant Regional Apparatus Representatives.

"In the near future after the implementation of the Provincial Musrenbang on April 20 2022, I hope that a coordination meeting will be held coordinated by the Organization Bureau to be able to present all Heads of Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government "to build synergy and leadership commitment in joint efforts to increase the achievements and targets of development success indicators in East Kalimantan Province," said the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province giving direction.
