Coordination Meeting for Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding in East Kalimantan in 2023
Paser, (13/03/2023). Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, through the Head of Government and Human Development, Mr. Mispoyo, S.Pd., M.Pd, was one of the resource persons at the 2023 East Kalimantan Communication, Information, Statistics and Coding Coordination Meeting which was held online and offline by Diskominfo Kaltim at Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Paser Regency.

In his presentation, he conveyed the synergy of planning for e-Government which includes the stages of preparing the 2023 Development Planning Document which begins with the preparation stage, then continues with drafting the design, Regional Apparatus Forum/ Public Consultation Forum, up to the stage of determining whether to become a Regional Regulation.

It was further stated that there is a major project formulation for optimizing SPBE, including the development of sectoral statistical data and geospatial data, development of a system that integrates applications across regional apparatus, use of office administration using information technology, so that all of this will support the improvement of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) as well as the synchronization of good and technology-based governance to support Bureaucratic Reform.

It is hoped that through this coordination meeting, the SPBE index, which is mandatory under the law for bureaucratic reform and more advanced digital transformation, can be realized in East Kalimantan Province.

On another occasion, the Head of the East Kalimantan Diskominfo, Mr. Muhammad Faisal, in the activity implementation report said that this coordination meeting was attended by elements of the Provincial and Regency/City Diskominfo, Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, DPRD District Paser, and related stakeholders.

Apart from that, 2 other speakers were present including the Director of Media Management, Directorate General of IKP, Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information (Dr. Nursodik Gunarjo, S.Sos, M.Sc.) and Assistant Deputy for Formulation Policy and Coordination of Implementation of SPBE, Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (Cahyono Tri Birowo, ST., MTI).

The aim of implementing the activities is to align the programs and activities of the East Kalimantan Diskominfo with Regency/City in 2023 in order to optimize target achievement in accordance with the authority and synergy in implementing regional development priorities in 2023.
