Mitra Regional Coordination Meeting in Preparation for the Development of the Capital City (IKN)
Friday, November 19, 2021. Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the Virtual Implementation of the "Regional Coordination of Mitra in the Fraction of the Development of the New Capital City".
In connection with the preparation for the implementation of the development of the State Capital (IKN) in East Kalimantan Province, the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas RI held a Mitra Regional Coordination Meeting in the context of preparation for the development of the State Capital (IKN) to realize the synergy of development planning with the surrounding area.
IKN Development in East Kalimantan Province is a momentum and opportunity that must be captured and optimized especially by the partner regions, through cooperation and collaboration of the central and regional governments to be able to move the new economic growth center.
Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Prof. Aswin, said that related to the readiness of the labor in East Kalimantan in supporting the IKN, the Provincial Government together with the Regency/City Government had and would continue to make efforts to improve training and certification carried out by BLKI in the Regency/City to support the transfer of IKN to East Kalimantan Province.
