Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of USAID SEGAR Project Activities in East Kalimantan Province
Tuesday, 02/15/2022. Head of Natural Resources and Environment Sub-Sector Agus Taswanto, S.T. along with staff attended the Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of USAID SEGAR Project Activities in East Kalimantan Province via
Zoom Meeting at 09.00 WIB.
- Discuss procedures for implementing foreign grants at the regional level.
- Get input on regulations to become the basis for preparing a basis for cooperation in implementing USAID SEGAR activities in East Kalimantan Province.
- Discuss the coordination of the implementation of USAID SEGAR activities in East Kalimantan Province.
- Prepare recommendations for coordinating the implementation of USAID SEGAR activities in East Kalimantan Province
The conclusion at the meeting was that PKS was not needed in the implementation of USAID SEGAR; Additional documents are required as a basis for implementing USAID SEGAR, in the form of a Work Plan (AWP); The division of tasks, agreed together with the relevant sectors, is signed between representatives of the Regional Government (Bappeda) and Implementing Partners (CoP); The work plan document in the Regency is signed by the Head of Bappeda and the Implementing Partner (CoP);
The AWP consists of the results of the work plan agreement in the Province and District where the project is located. Starting with the formulation of AWP 2. And the Head of the Provincial Bappeda was included in the USAID SEGAR Technical Team.
