Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Industrial Affairs
Wednesday, 02/16/2022. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Economic and Natural Resources Sector, attended online the "Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Industrial Sector Affairs".
The meeting was held in the context of coordinating and aligning performance, indicators, units and activities for the implementation of affairs of each sub-activity in the industrial sector in Permendagri No. 90 of 2019 concerning Classification, Codification and Nomenclature of Regional Development and Financial Planning
Current industrial development challenges that occur in almost all regions are; shortage of raw materials and industrial supporting materials, inadequate infrastructure conditions, still a lack of industrial supporting utilities, as well as a lack of skilled experts, supervisors and supervisors, pressure on imported products, still not yet developed industrial sector database, industrial logistics are not optimal, various problems that occur in SMEs in the regions, as well as industrial waste as B3 waste with very strict specifications.
The role of regional government is very important and vital where regional government is the main actor in industrial development in the region and in order to realize this requires consistency and synchronization between the national targets of the regional people and the program. activities carried out up to the local government level
Industrial development cannot be separated from coordination, integration, consistency and national and regional policies, so that industrial development can be more easily achieved.
