3rd Plenary Meeting of East Kalimantan Province DPRD
The East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda attended the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD which was held in the Main Building (B) of the East Kalimantan DPRD Office, Monday (16/01/2023).

Plenary meeting chaired by Deputy Chairperson of the East Kalimantan DPRD, Muhammad Samsun, SE. The M.Si was attended by 31 members of the East Kalimantan DPRD and elements of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) leadership within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

Several matters discussed in the plenary meeting included the ratification of the revision of the activity agenda for the East Kalimantan DPRD for the first session of 2023 and the submission of a report on the work period of Commission I of the East Kalimantan DPRD discussing the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to Regional Regulations East Kalimantan Number 9 of 2016 concerning the formation and composition of the East Kalimantan Regional Apparatus.

Furthermore, a report was also carried out on the working period of Commission III of the East Kalimantan DPRD discussing 2 (two) Draft Regional Regulations regarding the revocation of the East Kalimantan Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2013 concerning the implementation of reclamation and post-mining as well as the revocation of the East Kalimantan Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2012 concerning Groundwater Management.
