44th Plenary Meeting of the DPRD of East Kalimantan Province
Prov. East Kalimantan, through the Economic Sector and Government and Human Development Sector, attended the 44th Plenary Meeting which was held in Building D, Provincial DPRD Office. East Kalimantan, Tuesday (11/10/2022).

The meeting was chaired by the Chair of the Provincial DPRD. East Kalimantan, Mr. H. Hasanuddin Mas'ud also invited the relevant regional apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to discuss several predetermined agendas.

Some of the agendas include:
- Response and/or Answers of the Governor of East Kalimantan to 3 (three) Draft Regional Regulations regarding:
- Changes to Provincial Regulations. East Kalimantan Number 9 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Structure of Provincial Regional Apparatus. East Kalimantan;
- Revocation of Provincial Regulation. East Kalimantan Number 8 of 2013 concerning Implementation of Reclamation and Post-Mining;
- Revocation of Provincial Regulation. East Kalimantan Number 14 of 2012 concerning Groundwater Management.
- Determination of the discussion of the Draft Regional Regulation by the commission or a combination of commissions or special committee;
- Response and/or Answers of the Governor of East Kalimantan to the Views of Provincial DPRD factions. East Kalimantan on the 2023 Fiscal Year APBD Draft Regional Regulations.
