Discussion Meeting of the Pergub Draft Regarding Guidelines for Procedures for Giving Grant and Social Assistance Sourced from the APBD
Samarinda, June 9, 2021, 09.00 WITA . East Kalimantan Province Bappeda was represented by the Government and Human Development Sector attending the Discussion Meeting of the Draft Pergub on Guidelines for the Provision of Grant and Social Assistance Sourced from the APBD which was held in the Meeting Room I, 2nd Floor of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office. This meeting was chaired by the Head of the Legal Bureau, Rozani Erawadi, SH, M.Sc and attended by 21 (twenty one) participants from the relevant regional apparatus.
The resource person in the implementation of this activity was the Head of the People's Welfare Bureau of East Kalimantan Province, Drs. Andi Muhammad Ishak, Apt, M.Sc and Head of the Subdivision of the Administration of the People's Welfare Bureau, Sulaiman, S.Pd. This meeting is focused on the discussion of the draft East Kalimantan Pergub regarding the guidelines for the procedures for granting grants and social assistance sourced from APBD funds. In the discussion of the Pergub's draft, in detail discussed related to 82 articles. In this regulation, no longer mentioned the agency that will provide recommendations approved or not a proposal/application/proposal. However, the proposal from the community will be verified by related regional apparatuses, such as the Welfare Bureau, Bappeda, and other related regional apparatuses.
In SIPD there are recess results from DPRD members. Related to the distribution of funds, it is divided into categories of grants, social assistance, and bankeu and contained in the main thoughts of the DPRD. If the community's proposal is not appropriate, it will be rejected and returned to the applicant for improvement. If it is appropriate, it will be processed through related regional apparatuses.
