Meeting of Action Plan Preparation in the Draft Rad-PG in 2024-2029 East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (03/10/2024)-The Economy and Natural Resources (PSDA), have held a Meeting of the East Kalimantan Province Food and Nutrition Action Plan (RAD-PG) The meeting was attended by young expert planning Mrs. Agustina Rahmawati, S.Pi. along with PSDA staff, and several OPDs and Perums including DPTPH, Bulog, BBPOM, DHO, DKP, DPKH, Disperindagkop, Dinsos, DPUPERA.
The meeting was held as a form of integration and alignment of food and nutrition development planning in East Kalimantan through the coordination of multicector programs and activities. RAD-PG has a strategic position in food and nutritional development because it is a guideline for regional apparatus to provide sharpening action on the priority of specified activities, so that it can be referred to by regional apparatuses in preparing annual planning documents in the field of food and nutrition. RAD-PG has a strategic goal which includes an increase in the availability of diverse, balanced and safe nutritious (B2SA), increased B2SA food affordability, increasing B2SA food use and nutritional services (essential), and strengthening institutions and food and nutritional governance.
With the existence of RAD-PG, it is hoped that food and nutritional development in East Kalimantan Province can achieve the target of food and nutrition development set in the RPJMD in 2025-2030 and create the quality of healthy, intelligent, productive and high competitiveness.
