Meeting of all ASN and Non-ASN Staff in Early 2022
Monday, 03/01/2021. Starting in 2022 Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held an internal coordination and consolidation meeting attended by all ASN and Non ASN and was led directly by the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM.
Located in the Poldas Meeting Room, this activity was also attended by the Secretary, Head of Division and Head of Subdivision in the Bappeda Environment of East Kalimantan Province.
in his direction Prof. Aswin reminded that the main task of Bappeda was to prepare planning documents both RPJMD, RKPD, Renstra and Renja involving all fields in Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province. For this reason, there is a need for consolidation efforts and the division of tasks that are prepared in detail in each sub-field in order to realize performance improvement.
Prof. Aswin also reminded a number of things that need to be considered to improve institutional performance in addition to maintaining the quality of planning documents, namely regarding the management of archive management; information dissemination; as well as maintaining evaluation and reporting of development performance that is carried out in an orderly manner.
