Staff Meeting within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (13/10/2023). Head of East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Mr. Yusliando led the implementation of the coordination meeting which was attended by all leadership elements consisting of the Secretary and all Heads of Divisions along with all young expert planners within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda.
"In this meeting we will discuss several matters related to our duties at Bappeda, including several important notes that were conveyed by the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan at the Leadership Meeting on October 9 2023," said the Head of Bappeda for East Kalimantan at the start of the meeting at East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room.
One of the directions of the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan to all Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) which is expected to be of common concern is to emphasize that all information submitted is based on valid data so that it can be properly accounted for.
"To keep our attention together, if we make a presentation or convey information in a discussion attended by Bappeda representatives, please once again base it on data that is valid and can be accounted for," he said, giving directions.
Furthermore, it is hoped that the Secretary of Bappeda will be able to coordinate with all heads of fields regarding the submission of the latest data on budget amounts, realization, percentages and other data as well as obstacles faced and suggestions for solutions to the Development Administration Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province in accordance with the form that has been provided. delivered.
In addition, coordination and discussions were carried out regarding the extent of implementation of joint commitments in realizing the budget for each sector as well as joint efforts in achieving the budget absorption target for the October 2023 Budget.
In an effort to increase synergy between sectors, this meeting also discussed the Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for fund disbursement flow mechanisms which include SOPs for fund disbursement flow using GU, contract LS and official travel LS mechanisms.
"We hope that everything we have discussed in this meeting will be followed up immediately, because what is important is the follow-up," emphasized the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda.
