TAPD Meeting Regarding Coordination of SHS Providers for Preparation of Final Provincial RKPD Plan. East Kalimantan in 2023
Tuesday, 07/06/2022. Head of Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM together with the Head of the Planning Division and the Functional Position of Young Expert Planner, Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, attended the TAPD meeting regarding SHS providers for the preparation of the Final Draft RKPD 2023, East Kalimantan Province.

Prof. Aswin explained that the planning and budgeting process uses SIPD which is compatible for use in the RKPD preparation process down to the level of detailed expenditure. This is in view of the direction from the Director of Regional Budget Planning, Directorate General of Regional Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr. Dr. Bahril, S.STP, M.Si, who was conveyed when he was a resource person for the 2023 East Kutai Regency RKPD Musrenbang Forum on April 7 2022, stated that it would be better if the RKPD had been prepared at the level of detailed expenditure, to make it easier to control consistency between the planning process and subsequent processes. at the budgeting stage, and the existence of KPK Circular Letter Number 8 of 2021 concerning Prevention of Corruption Related to the APBD Planning and Budgeting Process.

Furthermore, the Governor of East Kalimantan gave directions that the preparation of the RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2023 will be prepared using expenditure details as a form of joint commitment to maintain the alignment of the expenditure plan with the specified indicators and performance targets. in each program/activity/sub-activity.

Apart from that, the use of expenditure details starting from planning documents is also expected to maintain consistency in the planning process through to budgeting.

Next Plt. The Regional Secretary assigned BAPPEDA and BPKAD to coordinate and follow up on preparations for the 2023 RKPD Final Draft using Expenditure Details.
