In the meeting, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda explores materials on the application of the Srikandi application from the legal basis for use, features, implementation prerequisites, and the application of the Srikandi application.
The Srikandi application itself has several features that facilitate an agency in managing official scripts, such as cloud-based and stored in the National Data Center (Archives.go.id) so that the agency does not need to provide infrastructure itself, the management of official manuscripts as an archive can be done more easily by the work unit, for using archives across work units/agencies can take place more easily, quickly, and safely, and the manufacture, delivery, and receipt of official manuscripts between agencies can be done electronically every when.
In addition to features, also explained about the prerequisites for the implementation of the Srikandi application, such as computer devices and internet connections available in agencies, scanners in the acceptance of official manuscripts, organizational structure and work procedures , PAD archiving instruments, and cooperation with BSRE related to TTE.
With the holding of this socialization, it is expected to increase understanding and control in using the Srikandi application in the Bappeda environment of East Kalimantan Province.
