Socialization of the Development of Functional Policy Analysis Positions within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan
Wednesday, 06/22/2022 Head of Subdivision. General and Civil Service Staff attended the Socialization Meeting for the Development of Functional Policy Analyst Positions within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. The meeting was held in a hybrid manner, namely at the East Kalimantan Provincial BPSDM Office and via Zoom Meeting.

This Socialization Meeting presented 2 (two) resource persons, namely Tri Widodo W. Utomo as Deputy for Policy Studies and Innovation for State Administration of LAN-RI and Cecep Tr. as Secretariat of the JFAK Central Assessment Team.

At the socialization meeting it was concluded that, among other things, Policy Analysts are thinkers in an organization; Policy Analyst should be a pretentious position; Jafung aka policy is to help leaders make the right decisions; Organizational policies must be intact and solid; In the organization there are 3 pillars, namely: Leadership/Policy Makers, Bureaucracy and Policy Analysts; As a Functional Position, it must have competency areas, namely Skill, Acknowledge and Attitude; Jafung's work is measured by credit scores. Credit scores are obtained in an assessment based on improvements in organizational performance.
