Socialization of Changes to the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD

samarinda, Wednesday 26/10/2016. Focus on the change in the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province in 2013-2018 is towards priority programs that directly touch the interests of the people. Although our economic situation is slowing, it does not prevent in running priority programs that are pro -people. This was conveyed by the Regional Secretary of the Province of East Kalimantan, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS when opening the Socialization of the Amendment to the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province in 2013-2018 in the 3rd Floor Renstra Meeting Room of East Kalimantan Province, Jalan Kusuma Bangsa number 2 Samarinda was attended by participants of approximately 150 people from SKPD in the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and Bappeda Regency /Cities in East Kalimantan.

Furthermore, East Kalimantan Provincial Secretary appealed that "In this difficult situation we must have creative initiative high for the length of the region ". Based on the presentation of the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda conveyed several important points that must be carried out by the SKPD related to the preparation of amendments to the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2013-2018 and the Instructions of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 061 /2911 /SJ in 2016, which Provide mandate to the SKPD of the East Kalimantan Prov to: 1. Compile the 2013-2018 SKPD Strategic Plan Draft Based on the final draft changes to the 2013-2018 RPJMD and refer to the draft Regional Regulation on OPD according to PP Number 18 of 2016.
2. SKPD conveyed and consulted in the field of Bappeda Planning of East Kalimantan Province to the draft changes in the SKPD Strategic Plan, specifically for programs /activities in 2017 and 2018.
3. In the case of changes in the SKPD Strategic Plan, it is necessary to increase/reduce programs/activities can be done as long as they have the right argument and can be accounted for.
4. Changes /restructuring of programs /activities in 2017 and 2018 must also make improvements to the smarter performance indicators and adjust the performance targets by taking into account the achievement of 2015 performance and the allocation of related funding in 2017 and 2018.

While further Dr.Ir.H. Zairin Zain, M.Si conveyed a number of important points that the regency /city must do in connection with the preparation of amendments to the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2013-2018:
1. Adjusting strategic issues and sectoral development development policies in each district /city.
2. Adjusting Regency /City Macro Economic Targets with Macro Economic Targets Changes to the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province.
3. Adjusting the program /activity along with the funding allocation by paying attention to the transition of authority as regulated by Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. >
