Verification of RKPD input results in the Ministry of Home Affairs SIPD System in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 90 of 2019
Samarinda, (04/10/2020). The East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda as the regional coordinator at the planning stage carried out verification of the results of re-inputting the 2021 Regional Apparatus RKPD to the Ministry of Home Affairs' Regional Apparatus Information System (SIPD) online via the Zoom Meeting application directly led by the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM.
Present at this meeting were all Regional Apparatus within East Kalimantan Province totaling 239 people consisting of echelon II officials, echelon III officials, echelon IV officials, as well as 76 implementing staff.
This verification aims to ensure the re-input of the 2021 RKPD by Regional Apparatus in the Ministry of Home Affairs' SIPD system in accordance with the nomenclature changes regulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 90 of 2019, guided by the 2021 East Kalimantan RKPD.
For information, the process of re-inputting the 2021 RKPD for East Kalimantan to the SIPD of the Ministry of Home Affairs was carried out from 30 September to 3 October 2020.
The verification process for data input from Regional Apparatus is carried out by the Provincial Bappeda planning sector in accordance with the Sub-sector coordination lines. Previously, the Regional Device in the Zoom application was directed by the host to the breakout room according to the verification schedule. The results of this verification are then included in the Minutes and become a reference for preparing the KUA-PPAS.
