East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Discusses the finalization of LKJIP and preparation of the 2024 Regional Apparatus Forum
Samarinda, (12/02/2024) - The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Kalimantan Province held a meeting to finalize the Performance Report of Government Agencies (LKJIP) and preparation for the Regional Bappeda Regional Forum for East Kalimantan Province in 2024.
In this meeting, East Kalimantan Bappeda discussed the completeness of documents and evidence that needed to be completed to increase the value of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) in 2024. The emphasized improvement involved a revision of performance achievements with regular monitoring to the staff level. Information from the previous year's performance report is the basis for improving the achievement of organizational performance, with an emphasis on the comparison of the realization of provincial level performance and active participation in its preparation with appropriate accountability.
The preparation of a good LKJIP for Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province has a crucial role in increasing accountability and transparency. With a revision of more detailed performance and monitoring achievements, Bappeda can ensure the effectiveness of regional development policies and programs. Explicit and detailed information provides a strong basis for strategic improvement and more effective and appropriate decision making.
In addition, a good LKJIP also allows Bappeda to better understand the realization of performance at the staff level, so that it can be adopted into the human resource development plan and increasing competencies more precisely.
The next agenda in this meeting includes a discussion of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in 2024-2026 in Ranwal Renja Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in 2025, which refers to the Strategic Plan 2024-2026. Bappeda East Kalimantan plans as many as three programs, namely the provincial government supporting program, the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Program, and the Regional Development Planning Coordination and Synchronization program. This plan is the basis for the development and progress of the East Kalimantan region in the next few years.
Furthermore, East Kalimantan Bappeda will hold a regional apparatus forum as a forum for synergy with stakeholders and partners, hearing valuable input, and perfecting the Bappeda Renja Draft document in 2025.
