SRIKANDI Application Technical Guidance Version 3

Archivaries, Srikandi Admins and letter scribes from the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda attended the Technical Guidance Agenda (Bimtek) for the SRIKANDI Application Version 3 held by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) on 30-31 May 2024 at the Putri Karang Melenu Building, Tenggarong.
Attended by approximately 1000 participants including archivists, SRIKANDI admins and letter registrars from OPDs throughout Indonesia.
Dr. H. Sunggono, M.M, Regional Secretary of Kukar stated that one of the programs, namely the Digitalization of Public Services (DISAPA), is one of the incentives for the Kukar Government to use the SRIKANDI Application.
Using the SRIKANDI Application makes archive management more organized so that it becomes more effective.
The challenges faced in implementing SRIKANDI include human resources, infrastructure (in the form of signals), changing the mindset and culture of digital performance.
In SRIKANDI Version 3 there are several additional features newest, in order to maximize the usefulness of the SRIKANDI Application as an Integrated Dynamic archival information system.
To strengthen the skills of the participants, several materials were delivered by ANRI including SRIKANDI V3 Implementation Policy in Regional Government, Transition of SRIKANDI V2 to V3, Preparation of the Structure of SRIKANDI V3, SRIKANDI V3 Correspondence Practices V3 Filing and interspersed with a question and answer session.
With the presence of SRIKANDI V3 is expected so that SPBE can run, important archives can be maintained, easily accessed and safer.
