Facilitation for East Kutai, Bontang and Samarinda Regencies Continuing the Series of Ranperkada Facilitation Agendas regarding Changes to the RKPD of Regencies and Cities throughout East Kalimantan in 2022
In order to provide input and maintain consistency in planning documents and budget documents, Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan carried out facilitation of the Draft Regional Regulations for Amendments to the RKPD for 2022 for East Kutai Regency, Bontang City and Samarinda City, Tuesday (26/07/2022).

Taking place in the regional police meeting room, the Regency/City facilitation was held in different sessions in Bontang City at 10.00 WIT, East Kutai Regency at 14.00 WIT, and Samarinda City at 16.00 WIT.

Referring to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation 86 of 2017, changes to the RKPD can be made if based on the results of the evaluation of its implementation in the current year, it shows that there is a discrepancy with developments.

Several things that need to be paid attention to in preparing changes to the RKPD, namely that changes to the RKPD remain integrated with the SIPD, considering the reasonableness/feasibility of budgeting, consistency in changes to targets and implementation times for sub-activities, compliance with statutory regulations, considering the time for determining changes to the RKPD with the stages of changes to the 2022 FY APBD as well as regions whose regional heads' positions end in 2023 for budget for the preparation of the 2024-2026 RPD.

The results of this Facilitation were forwarded in a letter from the Governor through the Head of Bappeda as material for improving the Draft Regional Regulation on Changes to the 2022 Regency/City RKPD.
