FGD opened by Mia Amalia as Plt. The Regional Development Director of the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas was attended by the Head of Sub -Division of Control and Evaluation of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Muhammad Hamsani online through the Zoom Meeting.
Participants in this activity include Bappenas, Secretary of the Directorate General of Regional Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Provincial Bappeda and Provincial Government Section in Kalimantan (74 Paticipants).
Minimum service standards are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services that are mandatory government affairs that are entitled to obtain a minimum citizen.
SPM is the main target of development in the 2020-2024 RPJMN for that 2020 is expected that the SPM indicator has been integrated in the planning and budgeting documents (annual) both ministries/institutions and provincial and district/city governments.
SPM implementation strategies include SPM regulations and institutions, SPM planning and budgeting, Monev and SPM reporting.
Hamsani said to support the effectiveness of the implementation of SPM, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination of the Provincial SPM team in reporting SPM East Kalimantan at least twice a year. In addition, it is necessary to adjust back to the schedule and targets prepared, as well as in the process of preparing the planning in order to pay attention to the SPM indicator in accordance with Permendagri Number 100 of 2018 with the support of data that can be analyzed.
