BPKAD Public Consultation Forum in East Kalimantan Province
Secretary of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan Mrs. Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc accompanied by Plt. Kasub. General Mr. Jerry Pahlevy Mahakam, S.E attended the BPKAD Prov.Kaltim Public Consultation Forum on December 9, 2022 at the Jatra Balikpapan Hotel.

This forum was opened by the Head of BPKAD Prov. East Kalimantan Mr. Fahmi Prima Laksana, S.E, MM and was attended by the Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province.

This activity is carried out in order to set service standards as a benchmark in their respective services, as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.

In his report BPKAD Secretary Mr. Dhaniswara mentioned the purpose of this Public Consultation as a medium for compiling references and standards in the service unit at BPKAD East Kalimantan in identifying public satisfaction with the services provided, and also to find out the level of public satisfaction on an ongoing basis and know the tendency Services in each service unit at BPKAD Prov. Kaltim.
