Cross-Regional Apparatus Forum in the Context of Preparing Sector 9 Regional Apparatus Plans and Strategic Plans
The second day of the Cross-Regional Apparatus Forum has taken place in the context of preparing the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) and Work Plan (RENJA) of Regional Apparatus for the period 2025-2029 and 2026 (23/04).
Located at the East Kalimantan Provincial Inspectorate Office discussing good governance, targeting sector 9, increasing Accountability, Integrity and Professionalism of Government as well as Target 10 Increasing the Quality of Information Technology Based Public Services.
Plt. Assistant III for General Administration of the Provincial Secretariat. East Kalimantan, Drs. Deni Sutrisno, M.Sc., led the forum which was also filled with presentations from a number of regional officials. Among them:
1. Provincial Secretariat Organization Bureau. East Kalimantan discusses the main output of Governance in Supporting Accountability, ASN Management and Public Services.
2. Diskominfo Provincial East Kalimantan discussed the main output of the communications and informatics sector in supporting the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) index
3. Provincial Inspectorate East Kalimantan discusses the Main Output of the Supervision Sector in Supporting the Integrity Index
4. Balitbangda/Brida Prov. East Kalimantan discussed the Main Output of the Research and Development Sector in Supporting the Regional Innovation Index.
Inspectorate, Balitbangda/Brida, BPKAD, and Provincial Diskominfo. East Kalimantan. Each of them conveyed the main output from the sector they handle to support the achievement of regional development indicators.
Apart from that, the forum also considered directions from the Chair of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD as well as input from all forum participants.
The forum's agreement was outlined in the Minutes which included indications of priority programs, main outputs of regional apparatus, targets and needs that would become a reference in improving the RENSTRA and RENJA.
