Governor of East Kalimantan, Mr. Isran Noor began his remarks and direction when opening the implementation of the Musrenbang in the context of the preparation of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2023 conveyed the importance of the implementation of the Musrenbang as the peak of the meeting of the parties (stakeholders) in Regional Development Planning Process. He expressed his appreciation to all parties, both the central government, regencies/cities, DPR and DPRD, the community, the business world that had collaborated to participate in development in the Province of East Kalimantan, especially to go through the current difficult conditions.

Year 2023 is a year of fulfillment of the 2019-2023 RPJMD. The evaluation results of the East Kalimantan RKPD achievement in 2021 were very good because it exceeded the expected target. This high achievement is the fruit of hard work and intelligent work from all parties. With regard to that, I hope that we continue to oversee truly the implementation of development in 2022 and plans for 2023.

Mr. Isran also hopes that the development priorities that have been formulated can be a major concern at the budgeting stage and in turn can be carried out optimally by regional apparatus in the province.
