East Kalimantan Wins 1st Best BHUMANDALA AWARD at National Level

bappeda.kaltimprov.go.id. Cibinong-Jabar. The Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak accepted the award  the first best Bhumandala Award as the Provincial Government Organizing the Regional Geospatial Network in 2016 followed by the 2nd place was won by the Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and the 3rd place was won by the Provincial Government West Java. Anugerah Bhumandala Award was given at the commemoration of Geospatial Day, Big in Cibinong, Bogor-Jabar, Monday 17/10/2016.

The Governor of East Kalimantan was accompanied by the Regional Secretary of the Province of East Kalimantan, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi.MS and Head of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, Dr.Ir.H. Zairin Zain, M.Sc and Head of the Regional Development Infrastructure Division of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir. Yusliando.

Implementation of the Regional Geospatial Network Network of East Kalimantan Province is in Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan under coordination in the field of infrastructure and regional development.

According to Joint Cometments about the implementation of the East Kalimantan network node together with the City Government of the City Data Data One Data One MAP forum East Kalimantan Province was held at Ballroom 1 Le Grandeur Hotel, Balikpapan, Thursday 10/12/2015, attended by Plt. Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Dr.Ir.H.Rusmadi, MS as well as the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda with participants who attended around 100 people from SKPD in the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and Regency/City Bappeda in East Kalimantan.
The cometment includes the Data One Data One Map forum for 2015:
1. Cometments to the regions are needed in supporting the One Data One Map program both at the provincial and district /city levels;
2. Support from the DPRD is also very important, especially the support of program funding; 3. This network node is needed by investors in order to invest in the region;
4. Big is ready to assist in the construction of nodes in networks in areas or districts /cities;
5. East Kalimantan Provincial Government received an award in the nomination 3 in the context of implementing a national network node;
6. Network node position is in the middle as a mediation of all data from various regional and national sectors;
7. The map is not only as a plan but also as an evaluation, analysis in making policies;
8. Network node aims to facilitate data access to the regions; 9. East Kalimantan Data Center Data Room is 80 %; 10. The Data Center room is equipped with teleconfren and will be used as a place for the governor's policy;
11. One data one map is integrated with the private sector; 12. High satellite imagery is only able to work well if the cloud condition is a maximum of 15%;
13. Sidata application to store one data one map; 14. There is data, production data and publication data; 15. Production data may not be published;
16. Regency / City agreed to enter one data one map in the RPJMD;
17. The results of the district /city data inventory;
18. Action Plan for Organizing OD-MAP;
19. Identification of potential problems in the district /city;
20. The Geospatial Information Agency is still slow to provide a 1: 5,000 SKLA map;
21. Samarinda City will build a 2016 type C network knot;
22. Berau Regency RTRW is expected to be approved by the DPRD;
23. Berau Regency will form a Pokja first;
24. SKPD must provide support for the East Kalimantan network node. The main benefits or benefits of to become a network node is the creation of efficiency and effectiveness in sharing data on Horinsontal (between units /SKPD) or in terms of vertical. In addition, easy access is provided to get original data (features or images) from the connecting network node/big.
