The preparation of the Archives of the Archives of Archives
Samarinda, Thursday 31/3/2016. Presentation preparation meeting for the 2016 Provincial Pangripta Nusantara Award stage III (three) in the 
Propeda meeting 2nd floor Bappeda East Kalimantan Province, Jln. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda. The discussion was coordinated by the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division as well as the Government and Apparatus Sector with participants from the Head of Subdivisions and staff from the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
Based on the letter that has been submitted by BAPPENAS to the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province regarding the completion of the Phase II Assessment of the 2016 Provincial RKPD by the Main Assessment Team and the Independent Assessment Team in each Nominated Province, the Phase III Assessment process will immediately begin, with the technical implementation as follows:
1. Phase III assessment is carried out in the form of a presentation and discussion for 90 minutes for each province, of which 30 minutes are allocated for presentation and 60 minutes for discussion. The Head of Bappeda as team leader can be accompanied by a maximum of two competent team members who can play an active role in answering questions in the discussion;
2. The scope of the field verification assessment of the planning process includes: a). interconnectedness; b). consistency; c). depth and completeness; d). measurability; e). planning process from that (batton-up); f). top-down planning process; g). technocratic planning processes; h). political planning process; i). a planning process that includes elements of innovation; j). presentation display; and k). presentation skills and mastery of material including knowledge of the 2015-2019 RPJMN, institutional leadership, quality of argumentation and timeliness (details of the criteria can be seen in the attachment);
3. The Phase III Assessment for East Kalimantan Province will be carried out on Thursday, 7 April 2016 at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas Office, Meeting Room 204, Madiun Building, starting from 13.20 – 15.00 WIB. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province is permitted to bring all supporting evidence that can strengthen arguments in the discussion;
4. The Central Assessment Team consists of a Main Assessor and an Independent Assessment Team based on the Decree of the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Number KEP.8/M.PPN/HK/02/2016 concerning the Formation of the 2016 Pangripta Nusantara Award Organizing Team.
