Pre Rakortekbang Year 2022
In the framework of preparations for the 2022 Development Planning Technical Coordination Meeting (Rakortekrenbang) the Ministry of Home Affairs held the 2022 Pre-Rakortekrenbang Meeting.
This activity was opened by Plt. Director General of Regional Development Dr. Sugeng Hariyono in his direction said that the Rakortekrenbang was intended to confirm national programs, location readiness and priority program targets as well as ensure regional support in achieving national priority development targets.
Director of the Directorate General of PEIPD, Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Drs. Nyoto Suwigno, MM in his presentation explained that the Rakortekrenbang approach would later use two types of desks, namely the Affairs Desk and the Regional Desk. Mr. Nyoto explained that the Affairs Desk was intended to discuss regional work plans contained in the RKPD in an effort to achieve national performance targets, while the Regional Desk was intended to discuss achieving macro indicator targets and discuss technical proposals for National Priorities and Major Projects.
It is planned that the implementation of the Rakortekrenbang will be attended by all Ministries/Institutions and 34 provinces which will be carried out in a hybrid manner (face-to-face and virtually) with the implementation of 36 affairs desks and 4 regional desks.
There are three substantive formats for the discussion of the Rakortekrenbang, namely first, the performance target for affairs is intended to discuss regional work plans (sub-activities) contained in the RKPD/Renja PD; secondly, macro indicator targets are intended to discuss central and regional strategies and actions towards achieving macro development indicators; thirdly, regional proposals for national priorities are intended to discuss technical proposals and regional technical support for programs/activities that are in accordance with national priority themes.
