2022 East Kalimantan Province Bappeda III Quarterly RENJA Evaluation Meeting
Thursday, 10/13/2022. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda through the Program Planning Subdivision (Secretariat Division) held a meeting to discuss the evaluation of the implementation of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Work Plan (Renja) for the third quarter of 2022.

This meeting was held in the Propeda meeting room and chaired directly by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and attended by all Heads of Divisions, Functional Officials and Goods and Services Procurement Officials within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.

The focus of the discussion at this evaluation meeting emphasized the realization of the implementation of the program of activities and sub-activities that had been planned as well as discussing various obstacles and problems faced in its implementation.

A number of solutions were formulated and agreed upon together, especially in the context of efforts to achieve the implementation targets of each activity program so that they can run optimally as planned.

For your information, the supporting instrument used in evaluating the Renja uses the evdoren application which has been developed by the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province since 2018.

Until now, the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province is still consistently maintaining the optimization of implementation of applications that support the planning document evaluation mechanism in East Kalimantan.
