Perki Number 1 of 2021 is an amendment to two Perki, namely Perki Number 1 of 2010 concerning Public Information Service Standards and Perkip 2017 concerning Information Classification. According to him, public bodies have the right to refuse to provide Public Information if it does not comply with the provisions of the law, refuse to provide Public Information which is excluded under the Law, and have the right to obtain Public Information from other Public Bodies using the Official Assistance mechanism in administering government and services. public.
