Advanced Meeting for the Preparation of the Bappeda Renstra in 2024-2026
Monday (01/30/2023) Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan held a follow-up meeting for the preparation of the Bappeda Strategic Plan in 2024-2026 which was attended by Plt. Head of Bappeda; Secretary; Head of Infrastructure; Head of PPEPD; Head of PPM Division; Head of Subdivision of Program Planning; General Subdivision; Functional Officer of Young Expert Planners; and technical staff of all fields of Bappeda Prov. Kaltim.

the meeting held in the Poldas Meeting Room, Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan was opened by, Mr. Saur Parsaoran. T, S.Pi, MEMD as Secretary of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan. The Strategic Plan (Renstra) is a plan for the next five years which is prepared by considering various situations and conditions, especially regarding the advantages, opportunities, obstacles and challenges of the implementing agency. On the agenda discusses the calculation method on the objective indicators and the percentage of the consistency of regional development plan documents that use 1 target and 1 indicator.

As for the Sub-Assistance Sub-Document Assistance Sub-Assistance in all fields of infrastructure and authority planners, there are 4 sub-activities, economic and natural resources 8 sub-activities, government and human development 8 Sub -Activity and Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development have 11 sub -activities. Thus, the Head of Division can appoint one staff in helping to provide data and information in the preparation of LKJIP. A week after the DPA was accepted, the fields are expected to identify the possibilities of the budget shift to be carried out and the head of the field to be able to immediately compile and convey the schedule of activities. The Further Discussion Meeting of the Strategic Plan will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023
