East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Leadership Meeting Discusses Coordination of Alignment of Programs and Performance Indicators for 2025
Located in the Propeda Meeting Room, the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, together with the Secretary of East Kalimantan Bappeda, chaired the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Leadership Meeting.
This meeting aims to align the activities of the East Kalimantan Bappeda with the achievement targets that have been set.
Several important things discussed in this meeting include, first, harmonizing the calculation of indicators for planning activities so that they can filled in according to the predetermined timeline.
This is expected to ensure that the program progress according to plan and evaluation of performance achievements is not hampered.
Furthermore, the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda emphasized the importance of substance in verifying the Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Work Plan (Renja) documents ). This process must be more than just a formality, and must be carried out with in-depth analysis in accordance with the policies that have been created.
Some of the obstacles faced in the process of filling out the activity indicator worksheet in the planning sector include differences in the Strategic Plan from other OPDs and the large number of UPTDs in several OPDs.
The meeting also discussed the draft proposed dictionary for 2026 which will be discussed together with SKPD and Regency/City Governments in the second week of January 2025.
Apart from that, the draft dictionary is also planned to be discussed with the DPRD in the third to fourth week of January 2025.
By holding this meeting, it is hoped that this alignment can be well coordinated and run according to the achievement targets that have been set .
