Staff Meeting Regarding Follow-up to the Results of the E-SAKIP Bappeda East Kalimantan Province Assessment

Samarinda - As a follow-up to the results of the 2025 Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) assessment for 2024 performance, a meeting was held to achieve the best assessment target for E-SAKIP in the coming year in the Propeda Meeting Room on Tuesday (01/07).

The meeting was chaired by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando, accompanied by the Secretary, Saur Parsaoran. This meeting was attended by all Division Heads, Heads of General and PRK Subdivisions, Team Leaders, as well as personnel liaison staff for E-Kinerja and E-SAKIP matters.

In the 2025 SAKIP assessment (2024 performance), Bappeda Kaltim achieved a score of 80.95 with an A predicate. This achievement is quite satisfactory, but still needs improvement to achieve the "AA" assessment target.

This year, the assessment was carried out using a new method based on East Kalimantan Governor Regulation Number 12 of 2025. One of the substantial changes in this method is that AKIP achievements, including performance achievements, are no longer included as an assessment component. main.

Last year, Bappeda Kaltim achieved a score of 80.90 and this year it increased to 80.95. Even though it only increased by 0.5 points, Bappeda showed significant improvements in the planning aspect. This is a positive signal of Bappeda's commitment to strengthening the foundations of quality and accountable regional development planning.

In his direction, Saur Parsaoran emphasized that in the future, Bappeda is targeting achieving the AA predicate, so continuous improvement efforts are needed. Strategic steps that will be taken include improving the quality of E-Kinerja management, synchronizing Job Analysis (Anjab) with Performance Agreements, as well as preparing action plans that will be monitored monthly through monthly performance reports.

Bappeda Kaltim is optimistic, with synergy and collective work from all levels, the AA predicate is not something impossible to achieve in the assessment future.
